NAMASTE means 'not me but you'
"not me" means "I bow", "I surrender" (to you)
"me" and "I" refers to the ego/mind
"you" is the Self, the Divine, and any other One
to say and feel NAMASTE is sadhana, bhakti yoga and jnana yoga
is it too to say NAMO SHIVAYA,
NAMO BUDDHA,
NAMO AMITABHA
which mean ~ I surrender
to the Source of All Goodness,
to Awakened Awareness,
to Infinite Light
